Swan River Rally

Description of Program:
A mission with a difference. Your team has been tasked to save the future of Perth's cosmopolitan lifestyle as we know it. Adventure Out Headquarters have intercepted secret transmissions between villains about plans to blow up targeted infrastructure that make Perth such a great place to live.

You discover that the villains have a twisted sense of humour. They have left hidden information around the Swan River in a coded format and in some cases booby trapped information which will enable you to disarm the bombs.

The objective of the day's activity is for your team to disarm a number of thermo nuclear bombs located somewhere on the banks of the Swan River . They have been set to go off at a preset time.

Information to disarm the bombs can only be acquired if you are capable of decoding a series of problems and searching for information. Specialised tools to disarm the bombs have to be acquired. This can only be done in time if your team divide into small project groups, scatter around river in jet boats.

This is a complex day requiring sound planning, resource management, communication, team commitment and, of course, a preparedness to have some fun!
