Rafting The Murray

Adventure Out offers a number of programs for schools that are based around Adventure Education, with a focus not only on providing activities which deliver a thrill seeking rush, but on educating participants about safety techniques and respect for the surroundings where they are conducted. We frequently run single day abseiling programs for schools, providing students with the opportunity to safely develop their skills all within the boundaries of the school day.

Examples

  • Abseiling — Conducted at either Boya or Stathams Quarry in the hills just a short distance from Perth and run by our experienced instructors, these days are sure to provide students with a thrill. This program can also include some rock climbing or flying foxes, increasing their adrenalin rush and making the day even more unforgettable.
  • White Water Rafting — Held on the Murray River in Dwellingup, any time between July and September when the water levels are higher, this will provide students with the opportunity to experience some world class white water, all in the safe hands of our guides.
  • Climbing — Our One Day Rock Climbing programs are held at Stathams Quarry, which offers a huge variety of opportunities for students, allowing them to learn basic skills on the easier graded climbs before tackling the more difficult routes all with the aim of getting to the top.
