When, for my 60th birthday, my daughter bought me a voucher for a day’s abseiling and rock climbing with Adventure Out, I never thought for a moment that this would be the first of several ‘life changing’ adventures for me… During the past six years, I have achieved things that I never thought possible, and I am now a much more capable and confident person.
